A Journey Through Time and Plans for the Future

Lately, I’ve been on a quest to balance everything—working on the Galleries for the Destinations, writing Blogs, and sorting through my Photos. It’s a challenge to find the perfect schedule, but I’m making progress, one step at a time.

While revisiting my photo archives recently, I stumbled upon a treasure trove of memories from trips I took before owning my DSLR. The image quality isn’t perfect, but the composition? Absolutely fantastic! It took me back to the days when I used to photograph with such freedom and spontaneity. I want to bring that feeling back, because my newer photos sometimes miss that spark of creativity and carefree charm. Curious about those older captures? You can check out the Galleries for Ko Phi PhiCopenhagen, or Gothenburg to see what I mean.

And speaking of inspiration, my mind is already racing with ideas for the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. While it’s still too early to share details, I’m exploring destinations both new and familiar, and the excitement is building. There’s so much to plan and dream about, and I can’t wait to bring these ideas to life.

Thank you for following along on this journey. Stay tuned for more updates!

Travel Hack No 7 – Power Up Smarter: A Savvy Traveler's Secret Weapon

Are you tired of hunting for outlets or juggling devices to keep them charged on your adventures? Let me introduce you to one of my favourite travel hacks: packing a compact power strip. Much like mastering loyalty programs, this small addition to your travel gear can make a big difference.

Imagine this: you arrive at a bustling airport, a cozy café, or your dream destination’s hotel room only to find a single available outlet. Sound familiar? A travel-friendly power strip swoops in as your hero. With just one outlet, you can recharge all your essentials—phones, cameras, tablets—simultaneously. Modern power strips with USB ports simplify this even further, letting you streamline your setup without extra adapters.

Here’s the pro tip: opt for a lightweight, surge-protected power strip with international voltage compatibility. Not only will it safeguard your devices from those pesky electrical surges, but it also seamlessly adapts to outlets abroad. And if you’re traveling with friends or family, you’ll love how it keeps everyone’s gadgets powered up without drama.

Bonus: some power strips work with in-seat power on flights. Whether you’re mid-air or on the move, staying charged has never been easier. As with loyalty programs, a little foresight turns hassle into convenience. So, next time you pack your bags, don’t forget this trusty gadget. Your devices (and travel companions) will thank you. Happy charging and happy travels!
